For 2 years now I'm contributing to the very inspirational blog Fashion Vignette. I discovered the blog when I started out as a designer and found a lot of useful content on there such as trend info and design competitions. So when I heard they were looking for new contributors 2 years ago I jumped at the opportunity.
The founder of Fashion Vignette, Albie Edwards, is a lovely and inspiring person. We worked in the same field and she has been a great support ever since. Plus it's always great to have a friend on the other side of the world.
My contribution are the Print & Pattern Inspiration posts. This month's post is about floral prints and embroideries inspired by the colourful Frida Kahlo. You can clearly see the folk influences.
